Hello and thanks for stopping by!
I’m Angela, or Ange (think An-Geh) (but never Angie).
I’ve run in one way or another since I was 16 or 17, then I started school and pretty much stopped running in all forms until 2010. I decided I should probably do something other than sit on the couch and drink wine, so I signed up for a half marathon. While there have been some bumps in the road, running has been a pretty big part of my life for over 5 years.
I was married for seven years and have been living on my own (with my cat Merlin) since late 2012. I started running consistently in March 2013 as a way to move forward and figure out who I am. It turns out I’m pretty awesome 😉
However, I do have some not-so-awesome days. Something I’ve been dealing with for years and years is anxiety. I blog about it on and off and you can read more on my anxiety page. If you’re a fellow anxiety sufferer, I’d love to connect with you, so feel free to shoot me an email.
In 2014 I took my love of running and my love of learning and started the process to becoming a certified run coach. In late 2015 I completed one (of two) certification and in 2016 I launched my run coaching business! I’m so happy to be able to share what I’ve learned about running!
I love connecting with my readers and am always open to brand opportunities. If you’re interested in connecting, please email me, or send me a note using my contact page. I always respond to comments, but depending on life sometimes it might take me a while 🙂
