Okay, not really, this is an actual post, but I’m really just posting to say I’m putting myself in a bit of a timeout.
I had an awesome and relaxing weekend and come Monday night, I just didn’t feel like sitting in front of my computer to write a post (it was supposed to be about my Fitness Manifesto, which I do hope to write soon) so I didn’t.
And, if I’m being completely honest with myself, I kinda want a break. I’m feeling a bit all over the place lately, so I’m taking this week to gather my thoughts, figure out a plan and (hopefully) get back to it next week.
