Crikey, is it already almost mid-March?!
My brain tends to operate a few days ahead of schedule to to me, March 12 is basically the same as March 15. People also used to laugh at my time telling abilities when I did shift work. I’d regularly say something like, “15 minutes until we only have an hour left of work.” That’s only slightly confusing 😉
Bachelor recap – Episode 9 <– I will forever and always truly enjoy Sharleen’s take on the show. She’s blunt and to the point and I love it.
How to Create a Newsletter For Your Blog #GrowYourBlog Series <– the one area I started to focus on, and then kinda stopped, was my newsletter. I think it will be my April focus as I work to create a download (what would entice you to sign up?!) and work on giving y’all some killer content in there.
What is Your Online Identity <– I love Erin’s point that it’s super easy to position yourself as kind and caring, but without any follow through, it can appear inauthentic. Being open, honest, and authentic in my blogging (and other social media accounts) is super important to me.
How to Change Your Internal Dialogue <– I’m almost embarrassed, or even ashamed, at how awful my internal dialogue was, once upon a time. Now, it’s far from perfect, and I absolutely have moments when I’m unkind to myself, but I no longer beat myself up, or shame myself, over small mistakes.
Love Your Body? <– okay friends. Truth time. I weigh 30 pounds (yup, thirty) more than I did at this exact time 3 years ago, and 20 from 2 years ago. It sucks. Like, a lot. Like, a lot, a lot. I’m working on it. I’m working on eating healthy and I’ve returned to running, but dammit if sometimes I see myself in my full length mirror and all I can see are my huge hips and squishy tummy.
The BIG Reason You’re Not Getting What You Want From Your Blog Audience <– have I shared my love for Katy with you recently? Just in case I haven’t, here’s a reminder that I very much love Katy. ❤ Related: while I started my run coaching business to help people, I absolutely need to do a better job with my call to action. I can’t just assume people know I offer coaching services and carry on; I have to remind y’all.
It’s Not Perfect. Launch Anyway. <– I’m a recovering perfectionist and I very nearly let my perfectionist ways keep me from launching my coaching business when I did (what if I wanted to change things, what if I did it wrong?) and from completing and submitting my second coaching certification (what if I didn’t have enough detail, what if I failed? I passed, by the way).
OLYMPIC TRIALS MARATHON PART 2: AFTER THE STARTING LINE <– if you missed part one, read that too.

A quick note on comments….You’ve probably noticed you have the ability to comment through Facebook, and that option shows first. If you don’t want to comment with Facebook, no worries, just scroll down a tad further and the original WordPress commenting option is there as well. 🙂
