How does everyone feel about losing an hour of sleep tonight?
Normally I hate losing sleep, but knowing I’ll be able to run after work after far too long of a break makes me really happy and excited! I also go to bed early, so I’m not sure I’ll notice it much 🙂
Guys, the beginning of this week seriously sucked balls. It. Was. Awful. And thankfully by Friday I felt like my happy self again. Thank goodness because I was starting to get sick of myself.
A housekeeping note: I added on a new spam capturing tool, so if your comment doesn’t appear right away, not to worry, I’ve been able to recuse them without needing to sort through 250+ spam comments each day. You may also want to clear your cache as I’m told that may also fix the problem (even though I’ know it’s a pain).
It was getting exhausting because I never want anyone to be stuck in spam 🙁

The Naked Truth: Why is Happiness Embarrassing <– I’m at a bit of a loss for words, but really, this is so true and so important. No one has a perfect life (no matter what we may think, I know I’ve compared myself to people I thought were “better” than me), so we really shouldn’t compare, but we should be afraid to be happy, either.
44 Facts to Help You Make It Through Today <– I had a pretty awful Monday, these made me smile.
Vitamin B.S. <– I do supplement with a few vitamins daily. Back in September my red blood cells were wider than average, which can indicate low B vitamins, so I’m supplementing with that, and because I live in North America where we have no sun, I also supplement with vitamin D. Beyond that, I’m of the belief that we can (and should) get what we need from food.

The Basics of Losing Body Fat <– I found this article via Facebook. Then I ventured to the comments (breaking my “don’t read the comments, ever” rule) and I was taken aback by the number of people reporting MFP had told them to eat 1200 calories. Friends that is not enough. It made me so sad to read that.
