A while back I used to post my planned training schedule and how I did. Then I stopped. I’m not sure why. Maybe because I figured people didn’t care?
It probably also didn’t help that I’ve been the laziest lazy that ever did exist. Truly. I think about working out and all I want to do is curl into a ball and take a nap. I’m sure there’s some SAD going on here and it really isn’t helping things, but I know I need to do something. Heck, even my chiropractor has said I need to start workout out more.
(Not because I’m gaining weight but because my body reacts better and my back issues are alleviated with working out more – and I know this!).
Instead of dwelling on the classes I didn’t make last week, let’s take a look at what I will be doing this week!
Monday – Off/FitChicks video
Tuesday – Run with Jen
Wednesday – Off/FitChicks video
Thursday – Personal training session (I have no idea what this will entail)
Friday – Yin yoga
Saturday – BODYPUMP with Jo (hooray for GoodLife Fitness!)
Sunday – Spin or run, it depends on how I feel after BODYPUMP
So, how’s that for a week?
I know the weather and lack of daylight really isn’t helping things, but I need to stop using that as an excuse and to just get out there and freaking do it!
