Sunday – Spin at OneCycle
Monday – Physio: 1 mile run and the exercises from last week
Tuesday – Off
Wednesday – 7 miles @ 10:26/mile
Thursday – 3 miles @ 10:13/mile
Friday – Spin at OneCycle with Laura
Saturday –15km (9.34 miles) @ 10:01/mile average (Race recap coming Wednesday)
I’m super pumped with how well this week went. My ankle has been feeling great and my runs have also felt great!
I decided not to attend spin this Sunday given my back-to-back spin and runs on Friday and Saturday, but with how great I felt on Sunday, I think I certainly could have made it, but my legs would have been mighty tired after 🙂
Instead of recapping my race today (I’ll do that Wednesday and give you a peek at what I eat before and after a run for WIAW) I wanted to share with you a great campaign going on in April by GoodLife Fitness.
