Hello and happy Monday after Christmas. I hope everyone enjoyed time with family and maybe had a bit of an extended weekend what with Christmas falling so close to the weekend.
I’m pleased to say I haven’t taken a break from working out. Well, not much of one. I’m recovered from whatever it was keeping me down and I’m ready to have a great few weeks.
Here’s a peek at my plan from this past week:
Monday – Runch <– completed 3.7 mile run
Tuesday – Personal training session <– recap coming next week (I want to have a few more training sessions under my belt first)
Wednesday – Christmas at mom’s (possible treadmill run) <– off
Thursday – Drive home (possible FitChicks video) <– off
Friday – Personal training session <– ouch! 🙂
Saturday – BODYPUMP <– Jen was sick on Saturday 🙁 so I signed up for a spin class instead!
Sunday – Spin <– going to spin on Saturday worked well because I had a massage at 11! This was needed after my training session and spin. I read my book and snuggled with Merlin for the remainder of Sunday.
And this upcoming week…
Monday – Personal training session
Tuesday – Personal training session
Wednesday – 10k & 5k runs with Jen
Thursday – Off sounds like a good plan, here.
Friday – Personal training session
Saturday – Work
Sunday – Work
It’ll be a busy one, but I’m good with that!!
And now for my 2015 race plan 🙂
MEC Race 1 – 5k
MEC Race 2 – 15k
Police Half Marathon
5 Peaks Race 1
MEC Race 3 – 10k
Kananaskis 100 Mile Relay
5 Peaks Race 3
MEC Race 5 – 5k
5 Peaks Race 4
SeaWheeze Half Marathon
Canmore Half Marathon ?
5 Peaks Race 5
MEC Race 6 – 15k
STL RnR 5k
STL RnR Half Marathon
Dopey Challenge in Disney
Yup, 2015 is going to be busy – and awesome! I’m sure I’ll add more races here and there as they come available. I definitely feel low on the half marathons, so I wouldn’t mind finding a few more to add into my schedule over the summer.
Have you planned your 2015 schedule yet?
