If you’re reading this going “wait, what, March is over, I thought it was still February!” let me assure you, you aren’t alone. I remember being a kid when time seemed to crawl by and next month felt like an eternity away, and now here I am with weeks and months just flying by.

I want this category to be a balance between physical health, and mental health.
|Drink more water. I find when it's cold out, I don't want to drink water and I've been feeling a bit sluggish, so I'm going to try to do better at drinking more because I know it'll help.||I did....okay with this. Sure, I could have had more water on some days, over overall I did well and increased my intake by one water bottle (750mL) each day.|
|Schedule in down-time. I have all of one weekend where I don't have multiple plans on multiple days, so scheduling in downtime will be really important for me. All of these plans are really important, so I need to make sure I'm resting so I can be the best I can during.||While my week days were crazy, I took time each weekend to rest. I even managed to get more reading in this month.|
|Take the Barre Body Studio foundations workshop. I'm a big believer that basics are really important, so I want to make sure my form is on point. Why do I care about my form? One, because it impacts my workouts and two because I'm hoping I'll be able to train to be a barre instructor this year. It's a goal I've had for nearly a year, and I'm slowly working towards it while I wait for new positions to open up. Eek.||I attended and LOVED it!! I'll share more on Monday about what's in store for barre training.|
|Add in a third day of running. While I love running twice a week, this weekend I committed to running the Calgary Half Marathon with one of the ladies in my run group, so adding in a third day will be important for me.||This definitely didn't happen. Well, it happened once. Time to up the ante in April.|
|I have a few posts I'm working on for Accounting for Bloggers to help out with taxes for the year, so I'd like to spend some time on those.||While I didn't publish anything new on Accounting for Bloggers, I did write two new freelance articles for Food Bloggers of Canada, including a tutorial on how to file your taxes, which was super exciting!|
|Write timely posts recapping this coming weekend. There's a lot going on, and the fun starts on Wednesday. I really want to share it with you, so watch for some fun posts heading your way.||I loved sharing all about our blogger weekend in early March. My March has been quite busy, and very enjoyable.|
|Tidy, tidy, tidy. With having so much going on over the weekends (and during the week!) I want to take a few minutes every day to tidy. I had a conversation with Leslie a few weeks ago and we realized that while I don't like tidying, I actually enjoy cleaning, so really, I need a house tidier and not a house cleaner. Any takers? 😉||I had grand plans to tidy my butt off, but someone of them fell off with just how busy March was. April will also be busy, but I'm hoping an IKEA trip or too will help with things....stay tune for a potential BIG change 🙂|
|Move outside my comfort zone. With Leslie leaving a week ago, and Jen leaving in three weeks, two event buddies have left. I could decide I'm not going to do things, but instead I need to work on moving outside of my comfort zone and either going by myself, or inviting other people, and new friends to come with me. Laura and I are going to barre + brunch at Trolley 5 at the end of the month and I'm pretty pumped.||This is going to be an ongoing goal for me, since doing one thing once isn't really moving out of my comfort zone - it's a continual choice that I'll keep making.|
|File my taxes. My goal is to get it done this week so I can help you out with a tutorial 🙂||Taxes done and tutorial posted! If you're in Canada (blogger or not!) and would like some tax assistance, please let me know!|
