I may be
a day late and a dollar short late to the party, but I couldn’t not hop in and talk about my fitness manifesto.
Taking an extra week to figure this out has been good for me. I was able to scribble things down on paper so I could figure out what was really important to me.
From Wikipedia (because if it’s on the Internet, it must be true):
A manifesto is a published verbal declaration of the intentions, motives, or views of the issuer
If you think about it, a manifesto is pretty intense. Rather than let myself become overwhelmed with a desire to capture every.single.possible.thing I could capture as part of my manifesto, I wanted to write about what was most important to me.
…What gets me out of bed early on a weekend to go to a class or go for a run.
…How do I feel afterwards.
…Why do I do it?
