Hello and happy hump day friends!
Last week seemed to take forever, and this week we’re already at Wednesday – I love it!
Instead of sharing my boring Tuesday meals, I decided to share my Sunday meals because my weekend eating is quite a bit different from during the week.
Sunday I woke up and decided to wait around for the weather to warm up, so I made myself an amazing breakfast sandwich to fuel myself for my 15km run.
After I got back I hydrated with some watermelon nuun and a smoothie with cherries, mango and vanilla Vega Sport Protein – and Manitoba Harvest hemp seeds. (Don’t forget to head on over and check out my giveaway!)

I ended up chilling on the couch and watching some TV before getting up to do some cleaning, fueled by a snack of PB stuffed dates and lemonade coconut water.
Lemonade is always my go-to when I’m super thirsty and I was excited to find this while running errands on Saturday.
My dinner was supposed to be a baked avocado with eggs and bacon, but when I cut open the avocado it was no good 🙁
Avocado’s are such fickle fruit? vegetables? whatever they are, they’re frustrating.
Instead I grabbed some chicken tenders and topped a salad with those and some bacon – since it was thawed from my breakfast sandwich earlier.
I also had a massive mug of tea, which I forgot to take a picture of because I was distracted watching The Good Wife 🙂
